"Good things: it is very close the Norman Regional Hospital and is a budget friendly hotel. Staff are friendly and helpful. Bad things: Don't let the picture fool you. This hotel is in dire need of renovation and deep cleaning. The rooms are incredibly dated, featuring peeling paint, heavily stained carpets, and a pervasive, musty odor. Bathroom maintenance is severely lacking, with clogged toilet and moldy grout. The room service is also not done daily (but they offer garbage takeout and exchange towels every morning). We originally booked a week-long stay but have to check-out after 3 days because the condition is just very uncomfortable to stay (their policy to cancel bookings are also strict so we didn't get our money back for those days we didn't stay).
