"The front desk team is super helpful and friendly, and they speak great English. The rooms are very clean and a bit more spacious than what you’d expect in a typical Japanese hotel—they even have a microwave, a mini kitchen, and a separate bathroom and toilet. You’re close to lots of restaurants, shops, and convenience stores, and Okubo Station is just a few minutes away. We’d definitely stay here again!"

"Just passed through for one night, but absolutely would recommend & would stay again. The staff was so friendly and helpful. The restaurants were accommodating to my gluten allergy & the rooms were so nice & immaculate. I will absolutely book here again when I return."

"Locations is not conducive for traveler who want to see top 10 sights Taxi will cost you 10000 yen a day to get to any place of interest Spa and swimming pool are great, Restaurants wonderful View from the room is one of a kind"

"Excellent"

"The staff was very nice and helpful."

"とても綺麗で過ごしやすかったです"

"Quiet, respectful hotel with plenty of privacy, and not too cramped. The rooms are small and personable, but the bunk interiors are huge and private. Way better than being stacked like a commodity in a grocery aisle. Nice mix of local and travellers."

"Everything was amazing"

"Petites chambres très propres et la présence d’un Onsen est un must."
