Some of the communication was difficult but the staff tried really hard and we enjoyed the stay Hard to navigate getting to and from major stations and it snowed one day at end of March Overall I’m glad we did it for the experience to be immersed in Japanese culture. "DISGUSTING. The stench of mold and damp permeated every space and every floor. The elevator smell was the worst. Stains everywhere including the ceiling. This place hasn’t been maintained in probably 40 years. The whole area is falling apart and most buildings are abandoned. We couldn’t get out of here fast enough. I will be making a proper complaint with photos."
