至れり尽くせり

とにかく最高に良いホテルでした。スタッフの心遣いは素晴らしいです。まず数日前にメールをいただき、和室でしたが簡易ベッドを用意してくださり助かりました。高齢者には本当にありがたいです。お料理も美味しく，器もきれいで目でも楽しめました。浴衣で食事できたので、お風呂に先に入ってゆったりと食事できました。無料のドリンクも充実しています。ウェルカムドリンクや食事のあと、美味しいチョコレートをいただきました。部屋に付いている露天風呂も温泉で、十二分な大きさです。バルコニーからの渓流は少し見える程度でしたが、大浴場や部屋にタオルがたくさん用意されていていたので、お風呂に入るたびに新しいタオルが使えました。ドライヤーは全部リファ。アメニティも充実。枕の高さも選べる。至れり尽くせりとはこのことだと思いました。紅葉の季節にまた来たいねと家族で話しています。

源泉かけ流しの部屋風呂とショコラティエの絶品チョコレート

周辺はちょっと寂れた感がありますが、施設内にいる限りは、設備やサービスもよく快適に過ごせました。源泉かけ流しの部屋風呂やアメニティも充実、夜食やアロマのサービスも嬉しかったです。食後のショコラティエのサービスもここならではでした。

おかげさまで良い休暇を過ごすことが出来ました。

6月の梅雨時期でしたが、運よく雨に降られることがなかったため、周辺のきれいな緑と鬼怒川沿いの景色の中、気持ちの良い滞在をさせて頂きました。お部屋も清潔で、お食事も美味しく、お風呂も気持ちよく、悪いところが見つからない位です。特に、クラブフロアベランダで頂いたお茶は優雅で格別でした。あえて改善点をあげるとすると、コース料理が出てくるスピードが少し遅かったことでしょうか。身体にはよいかもしれませんが、出てくるのが遅いためにお腹がいっぱいになってしまいまして、メインのビーフシチューの時は苦しいくらいでした。もうちょっとテンポが良ければ、もっとおいしく食べられたと思います。それから、自然に囲まれたホテルの為、露天風呂に大きな虫が出た事がちょっと怖かったです。（ホテルが悪いわけではないですが・・・）ただ、総じて、誰におすすめしても後悔しない宿だと思いました。

The hotel is just 5 minutes walk to Kinugawaonsen Train Station. You can take the bus from the bus stop outside the Train Station to most of the attraction near Kinugawa. The hotel's staff is nice and friendly. The food from the hotel is great. I booked a room with private Onsen, nice and great experience.

伝統の金谷ホテルだけあって他の温泉ホテル旅館とは一線を画するサービス・内容でした。 雨風の強い夜の宿泊でしたが雨音にも気がつかないほど防音性の高い部屋で安眠できました。部屋は川が見られる部屋で渓谷美も素晴らしかったです。 次回は紅葉の季節に訪れようと思います。

特別な１日に！

クラブフロアと言う最上階の部屋で、眺めもよく部屋も広く、細部に渡って綺麗でした。チェックインしてから、苦手な食べ物を伝えたところ対応してくれて。こちらが早めに言えばよかったのにありがたかったです。全て美味しく頂きました。 お風呂も広くてのんびり出来て。ちょっと特別な１日になりました。
