Mirto 4 is a studio apartment on a single level, located on the first floor of the residential complex in a very quiet setting, overlooking the communal garden.
The apartment consists of:
- a bright living room equipped with air conditioning, a double sleeper sofa, a closet, and a flat-screen TV;
- a fully equipped kitchenette that also includes a dishwasher;
- a full bathroom with a shower stall and a washing machine:
- a spacious and charming covered veranda with a gate overlooking the shared garden, furnished with a dining area and a relaxation area.
Guest access
- Free access to the community pool, open from June 1 to September 17, from 10 a.m. to 1 p.m. and from 3 p.m. to 7 p.m.;

- Direct access to the marina.
Other things to keep in mind
- Check-in from 3:00 PM to 8:00 PM;
- check-in from 9:00 PM to 11:00 PM upon request and for an additional fee of 40 euros;
- check-out by 10:00 AM;
- smoking is prohibited inside the apartment;
- Cribs and/or high chairs for children are available upon request for an additional fee ranging from 35 to 50 euros (during July and August only) each;
- Pets are allowed for an additional fee of 60 euros.
