Westin Trillium House, Blue Mountain
8/10 Good
"All in all very good hotel and experience . Loved the location , amenities , resturant and the room we stayed in . One remark , I notice an issue with customer service , which is unfortunately very common these days . We arrived early around 12:30 . I knew it’s earlier than the standard check in which was 3 pm as I remember . I simply presented to the lady at check in . Sadly , her look was very unwelcoming . I asked if a check in prior to 3 pm might be possible . Simply , so we can plan activities and dinner for the kids ( to better manage time ) She immediately responded by stating that actual check in is at 4 pm and can not guarantee earlier check in but will let me know if the room is ready . I was eventually contacted by 1:30 pm we my room was ready . As much as I appreciate the hard work and courtesy. I really feel bad for the way the lady was talking to me . I travel often , and I know how does it feel when you arrive to your destination and get a genuine welcoming attitude. This was not the case here ."

"Great place"
Location! Hillside One Bedroom w/Mtn Views at North Creek Resort, Oversized Deck
10/10 Excellent
"4 minute drive to Blue Mountain Village. Good pool and hot tub. Used both. Unit is nice for two people. Kitchen equipped with all that we needed except there was only one bowl to eat our cereal with so we took turns. Shampoo/Shower gel provided. Nice big deck with chairs and yes you can hear the babbling brook. Building 9 is the furthest one in the complex and pool/tub is at #1 so just a few minutes walk away. We would recommend."

"Good place if you have kids Lots of space and cozy decor Equipped kitchen"
Penny's Motel & Apres
8/10 Good
"The room was fine except there was not even a chair to sit and change your shoes and no mini fridge to keep beverages or medicine at a constant temperature that some people may require. They do have a neat little cooler outside that they refresh with ice every morning and the staff were fantastic. We enjoyed our stay, but were disappointed with tthe amenities that were missing from room we had. We do recommend anyone that wants a truly different type of stay to go here."

Bright Hillside Studio Condo w/Mountain View, Full Kitchen & Private Patio
8/10 Good
"We enjoyed our stay. A couple of thoughts to improve for future guests.- The mattress was hard so that we had sore backs / shoulders in the mornings.- Exterior (especially) and interior (not as much) could do with some refreshing.Gerry"
Blue Mountain Escape at North Creek Resort
10/10 Excellent
"Our stay at Neil's location was excellent for our purpose. We didn't make use of the various resort amenities as our stay was too short, but would love to do so in the future. As avid walkers, we really enjoyed that it was a reasonable walking distance to the village (20 minutes). It was a great space to simply relax away from our normal busyness. The unit is well maintained, clean and bright, even if it shows some signs of it's age. We really liked that the porch did not face the parking lot and that the entrance was at the back of the building. Before we had checked in Neil let us know about a small repair being made and it was taken care of before we arrived. We would definitely book this space again!"
