"This hotel was compromised of individual little cabins. It was adorable! Our cabin was clean and comfortable. All of the amenities you would expect in a larger hotel chain, but much more quaint. The lady that checked us in (Shondra?), was delightful. She also made us some really nice specialty coffees. Would stay there again!"

"The first thing I would comment on is the staffing. We checked in about 4:30 pm and there were already 4 people in front of us. There was only one person checking people in and even tho she was very efficient for everyone that checked out three more people came in the door. When we went into room it was clean...the rug on floor looked in good shape as was the bathroom. I felt the towels were kind of old feeling and they only left 1 tiny bottle of shampoo for 3 people. I would suggest they do what other hotels do and install the liquid soap in big multiuse bottles. We did have the breakfast after we came back from hiking. It was average but the sausage was really good."

"Room was clean but dated. Our room seemed to be lacking maintenance: the standing lamp had a bent and broken shade, the carpet was dingy, but the tub was the biggest issue because even as a small woman, movement in the tub while showering lead to very loud creaking and cracking noises....Email sent so they will have notice that it needs inspected and fixed. The staff was very friendly and the breakfast buffet was limited for a buffet but decent."

"Bryce Trails is everything you expect from a bed and breakfast stay. LeAnn did a wonderful job making us feel welcome. The room (Under the Rim) is exquisite with a wonderful view that benefits from sunset. I recommend sleeping with the windows open to enjoy the evening breezes and morning nature. A bit of wildlife also greeted us. Deer roam near the property and a number of outdoor cats live there. Breakfast was delicious and is served personally by her. An excellent experience after a day on the trails at Bryce Canyon, further back out SR12. I look forward to an opportunity to return for a longer stay."
