The staff was friendly and professional, and I want to give a special shoutout to Fernando at the concierge desk—he was incredibly helpful and shared great tips about local attractions and restaurants. Breakfast had plenty of delicious options, and the restaurant service was top-notch. The location was perfect, close to key landmarks and easy to reach by public transportation. "The villa is comfortable and spacious, with a nice bathroom and comfortable bed. The amenities are all there for use. Where the place shines is the breakfast offered with healthy options and a friendly staff, and a swimming pool and lounge, indoor and outdoor dining area. Every morning, we get to have two cups of cappuccino and cheese, tuna pate, ham, toast, yogurt while watching nostalgic 90s MTV. We would definitely come back again, and Silvia is a gracious and fast responding owner in so many ways."

"Property is great as really close to the beach. Note that its a residential area, which was completely fine for us and our preference however in the immediate area of the hotel there isnt a great deal of dining options but more like cafes and take out places. On the beach however there are enough options for a range of dining preferences at reasonable prices between 10 to 15 euros per adult"

"This hotel was selected for us because it’s right on the beach. So far we did or made a good choice. Hotel is very clean, staff friendly, aroma and ambiance was amazing. We came and celebrated my husband birthday and they even made is special with a surprise cake and champagne. Breakfast daily was a plus, lots of selection. Walking distance to everything. There is a toll to get to Lisbon and surrounding towns. This hotel was perfect for us, not crowded. Oh parking in hotel is 15ue - park on the street, plenty for less than .60eu Enjoy "

"This is a well appointed resort hotel. Service was excellent. We swam in both the indoor and outdoor pools. The river/ocean view was superb. We were west of Lisbon, but short Uber ride in. Also close to Sintra, a smaller town with beautiful historic sites, restaurants and gardens, which we actually preferred to Lisbon, but we still enjoyed a day tour there. We’d stay at the property again, as it exceeded our expectations."
