Welcome to ADK Channel House! This large, waterfront home has all the right features to create an exciting family getaway, reunion, or quiet escape. Located on the channel in Old Forge 3 minutes from town. A 2 story home with living spaces and bedrooms on each level. First floor with great room offering a dining table for 8 plus bar seating, gas fireplace, living room area and a modern kitchen with all the right amenities. The master suite with king bed, guest shower bath, and a second bedroom also on the first floor. Great views of the grounds and lake complete the picture. Upstairs is a whole separate entertaining area with living room, pool table, plus 3 additional bedrooms. A separate wing for the inlaws or overflow area with a private balcony, bedroom, full shower bath, and office space is also on the second level. Outside the rooftop deck on the boathouse is a great place to sunbath, stargaze, have a bite to eat, or just relax. The convenience of being so close to town easily makes the ADK Channel House a sure winner!!
