Best Western Plus Clarks Summit Scranton
8/10 Good
"The person at check in was very good and nice, The hotel wireless password was not working on my cell phone and she fixed it, The room was very large with two Queen size beds that were very good to sleep on, The room was quiet and TV was great. Only issue was our room telephone did not work so I could call for a wake up time. My cell phone set my own wake up at 8am. Bathroom was a bit small but well lit/ Parking lot was almost totally full when I arrived so lucky to find one spot. Breakfast was a bit disappointing compared to other Best Western Plus hotel i stayed in other places"

"We are promptly checked in and the staff was very friendly and helpful. The room was clean, and the tub was nice and deep! Crisp clean white sheet, very comfortable bed & pillows! Plenty of food and beverage options within the hotel. Lots to do in the downtown area!!"
Days Inn by Wyndham Wilkes Barre

"Day’s Inn, generic hotel, a step up from motel 6. Average at best. Cheaper than other hotels in area. Continental breakfast okay.. one waffle maker with a line.. coffee not very good but Starbucks across the street. Microwave and mini fridge in room. Reasonably clean, with some off smells in hallways/room. Deodorizer not much better than whatever it’s covering up.. no AC in the hallways, which I’m sure contributes to the off scents. August 21-23.. I’ll probably spend a few more dollars for a better hotel next time I’m in the area, but it’s a decent place to stay for a few nights if your just looking for a place to crash."

"Holly at the front desk is a sweetheart. Yard and driveway need work. Restaurant across the parking lot is horrible. Breakfast at the hotel was fine."

"Very nice stay. The hotel has been recently redone and the lobby and rooms were all very nice. We had a 1 bedroom suite which had a spacious living area and comfortable bedroom. The bathroom was also pretty spacious. The staff was friendly and helpful. I would definitely return."

"We arrived late and had not read the hours on the listing. Eli woke up in the middle of the night to welcome us and get us checked in even though it was beyond normal operating hours! The place was cute and unique, great bang for your buck and wonderful staff! Eli is amazing and I would recommend the hotel. Please make sure you don’t do what we did and try to check in late!"
