The main house welcomes guests with an expansive open-concept great room featuring cathedral ceilings, Adirondack finishes, and a stunning central stone fireplace that adds warmth and character throughout every season. The comfortable living area flows seamlessly into the dining space, while sliding glass doors open to a spacious lakeside deck overlooking the water.

The fully equipped kitchen includes stainless steel appliances, a center island, and generous prep space, making it easy to prepare meals for large groups. The adjoining dining area features two dining tables with ample seating for family dinners, holiday gatherings, and special celebrations.

The main house includes four comfortable bedrooms and two-and-a-half bathrooms. Sleeping arrangements include two king beds, one queen bed, one full bed, and three twin beds, offering flexibility for families and groups of all sizes.

Just steps away, the separate guest cottage provides additional privacy and space with two bedrooms, one bathroom, an efficiency kitchen, and a comfortable living room. The guest cottage includes two king beds and a bunk bed with two twin beds, making it ideal for extended family, grandparents, or additional guests.

Outside, the property truly shines with a spacious level lawn that extends to the water's edge, offering plenty of room for outdoor games, gatherings, and relaxing Adirondack afternoons. Guests can enjoy swimming from the sandy-bottom waterfront area, lounging by the lake, or boating on beautiful Fourth Lake. The break wall provides convenient boat tie-up access, allowing guests to explore the Fulton Chain of Lakes by water.

The upper lakeside deck offers beautiful waterfront views, while the shaded covered patio area below creates the perfect space to relax during warm summer afternoons. Additional outdoor amenities include a fire pit for evenings beneath the stars, a horseshoe pit, and a propane grill for lakeside cookouts and outdoor dining.
