"We stayed for 2 nights at Pine Bungalows and had a pleasant experience. What stood out most was their excellent guest communication. This was the first hotel during our trip to Canada that contacted us via WhatsApp upon check-in. The team followed up to ensure everything was alright and whether we needed any further assistance. When I provided feedback about the kettle, they responded and followed up promptly, which showed good management and genuine attention to guest comfort. The resort is conveniently located close to town, yet offers a nice, quiet and relaxing environment. The bistro is warm and welcoming, and a welcome drink was also offered, although I did not get a chance to try it. Overall, a comfortable and peaceful stay with attentive service, good management and excellent follow-up. These small but thoughtful touches made a positive difference to our experience."

"We loved our stay! This was the perfect home base while we explored Jasper for a couple days. The suite was well stocked with anything we could possible need, and extremely cozy and comfortable. The host was extremely responsive for our one question. We would absolutely stay here again!"
