"Very clean and comfortable property. We stayed with two kids, and the separate room with a tv was nice to have. The front desk staff especially was outstanding. A refrigerator in the room would be nice, but the staff was very gracious about storing food in the refrigerator in the check in area, so it was no problem."

"The process of paying for the booking was complex, for whatever reason they needed payment through a secure link but only let me know less than 24 hrs before. This could have been done in advance. Further they apparently couldn’t get my email from Expedia.
Unfortunately the instructions to get to the property were not clear. In addition, even though there was a number on all 3 occasions where I needed help- no answer. This is really not helpful for international travellers and shows a serious...

"The breakfast is the biggest shortcoming overall.
1. The breakfast time is only until 10 a.m. Who will get up that early? If this hotel aims to serve wealthy guests, wealthy guests do not get up that early. Extend it to 11 a.m. or at least 10:30 a.m.
2. The breakfast quality is quite poor, with very limited food. Neither the $20 nor the $40 option matches the hotel level. None of the five-star hotels or Relais & Châteaux member hotels has such a poor breakfast.
3. Mark the room view on Expedia...
