"Rooms could use a deeper clean Property is huge it was confusing where to check in and then how to get to your room. Our tub was clogged so not easy to shower, sinks didn’t drain well either. Pool and arcade were great"

"AC/Heater in room was set at 50⁰ when we arrived. Also made a rattling noise off and on through the night and was extremely loud when it was running even on low. Fridge wasn't cold/missing temp knob. There were half thawed breakfast sandwiches in the freezer portion of the fridge that had never been cleaned out from a previous guest. No hand soap in bathroom. Flooring in room felt weak including in tub. No napkins in breakfast area. Warm spoiled milk in breakfast area. No staff constantly checking during the breakfast to even ask for napkins or anything. Tables weren't getting wiped down after people left. TV and breakfast area was muted but didn't even have captions on. Hot tub jets were poorly designed splash water all over the place but didn't actually make it a soothing tub. Check in staff was friendly but the whole hotel was very awkward with steps and ramps throughout the interior."

"Stayed off season and the only option was at the hotel. The main and side entrance both had a heavy smoke smell. You can tell they put a lot of money into the outdoor areas/tiny houses and the hotel needs love. "

"The place was great for our 2 families. There is plenty of space for everyone. The heated gameroom was a hit with everyone. The kitchen had everything we needed when we decided to eat there. It was a nice place and we would stay here again."
