Expedia's customer service was terrible, I will never use again. I called the hotel to book my reservation a few months ago, was told to book online. Booked through Expedia cause I couldn't go directly through the hotel. Tried to cancel my Dec 27, 2025 reservation on Tuesday December 23rd with a voicemail at the hotel because the desk is not staffed all the time. Called back after the holidays on December 26 to confirm they got my voicemail in which I was told i had to cancel through expedia. No One from the hotel called me back to let me know that within the cancelation timeframe, Expedia's online customer service was AI prompts, no free text and couldn't get to an email or phone number. Then.. at 11:55 on Sat Dec 27th as i was sleeping I received a call to ask if I was still planning to use my reservation. I will not go back to Woodside or ever use Expedia again.
