"I always enjoy stopping at the Saybrook Inn and Spa. The front desk gentleman were very nice and welcomed me back. We arrived almost at restaurant closing time and our server was accommodating and kind. The hotel is pet friendly and the breakfast wait staff were great. Look forward to our next visit."

"We loved this property. It was spacious and quiet. The staff was on top of it. We stayed at Omni previously while we were in the area. Omni was small, barely have walking space and the room was extremely loud since a night club was next door. We were up all night even after room change. New Haven hotel was much quieter and spacious. If we come back, this is where we would stay again."
