"Clean. Amazing location. I stay at Holiday Inn’s frequently and this breakfast was the same as a regular Holiday Inn but they made you pay for it. When I checked in, I had some perks from hotels.com with a reduced parking rate and a free breakfast but when I checked in, they didn’t really mention it. I prefer when they confirm the perks right away and apply everything so you know what’s going on and you don’t have to ask about it. "

"Nice hotel lobby, very big and busy in a good location, they have self check in that was super handy, as we showed up at a busy time so there was a line to check in. Room was clean, but the toilet would randomly run really loudly until I took the back off and jiggled the handle on the inside so it could fill, the tv didn’t work and neither did the thermostat, would have called the front desk but we got the room at 5 and dropped our bags and left for the night didn’t find out about the tv and thermostat until we got back around 11:30. Told them in the morning and didn’t seem to care. All in all it’s fine, but for $560 a night and $43+hst for parking I was expecting better"

"Great place to stay - near Union Station, UP to Airport, Subway, downtown. Only downside is music in the restaurant/lobby is super loud. Not cconducive to conversation."
