"Overall day was great. Service was excellent. The view from our room was the best thing."

"Best part about this property was location..its a short walk to the ice district and the arena. The hotel itself was undergoing renovations during daylight hours. Staff was courteous and friendly. Unfortunately the room we stayed in was not well kept. Both beds were sacked out, drapes were worn through and had holes in them which let the sun through in the mornings, no AC..pillows were tiny and terrible..end table had some sort of glue on it which made it look dirty..Definitely stayed in worse but it will be interesting to see what the property is like post renovations.."

"The hotel was under construction, and as soon as we walked in it smelled of cigarettes. Unwelcoming guests all around the building and we were told by staff to not keep anything flashy in our car. Our room was on the second floor, but they had construction as well on the third floor. We were woken up in the morning to a jack hammer. Unfortunately it was the worse hotel I’ve ever been to, and my friends trusted me to pick the hotel."

"Buffet breakfast was just okay. The temperature control on the heating/cooling unit in the room didn’t work. The bathtub was unusually narrow. The elevator went up and down between floors when we were asking it to go down to the lobby. The front desk however, offered us an upgrade from double beds to queens, which was appreciated."

"Room was clean, special shoutout to Nicole at the front desk she was so helpful from beginning to End! Location of hotel was handy as it was central to all hubs around Edmonton and Jasper Ave and Whyte Ave are so close you’re not out of the mix completely."

"The free breakfast was for only 1 of our party of 3 so that sucked. Parking is an additional $45 so keep that in mind when budgeting. Also, for the cost of the room ($$$$) they still wanted an additional $25 for an hour extension/late checkout. The room was clean, the location suited our need to be very close to the convention centre. Just do not wander far on foot as the location is not very far from the "bad" area in Edmonton "

"I had an issue with my room and the staff bent over backwards to sort things out for me in a very speedy fashion. All the staff except one were utterly fantastic. They were super friendly and made me feel valued as a customer. As well…I forgot a couple items in my room, and when I contacted them about it, they were again super friendly and followed up to let me know they’d found my items and where they would be kept until I could pick them up when I’m back in Edmonton. The desk clerk on check in seemed to be ‘phoning it in’ but gave all the info I needed. He wasn’t rude, he just lacked enthusiasm. Location is also fantastic and I would not hesitate to book there again. "
