"The staff was amazing! Check in was easy. My son was booked in for a procedure at the U of A hospital. It became more complicated and and took way longer then i had been told it would. I didn't check out before because we were supposed to be done in an hour or so. They extended the room check out for me with no charge, thank you for making a bad day a little brighter. Breakfast was awesome and the hotel is very nice and comfortable. "

"Very nice breakfast but because I did not read the Expedia fine print it was not included in the price. The stairs/walkway from parking garage needs some cleaning snd painting, "

"Overall it was good, breakfast was good, and the room was nice for the price, however there were some things in the room that were a little surpsing, this biggest ones were missing tiles in the bathroom, and no cover on the duvet (which was yellowing quite badly), and a few smaller things like thread-bare washcloths and most outlets not working. Other than that the staff is all incredibly kind and helpful, and the parking lot is convenient and easy to get into. They just need some updates and repairs."

"It’s an old hotel with so much character that has been beautifully painted. Staff are awesome!"

"This place was very disappointing. I could not sleep a single night during my stay. There are no openable windows or proper ventilation, so the air feels trapped and extremely dry. The entire place smells like construction dust, and there is dust everywhere. It feels unfinished and not properly cleaned.It was also very warm inside, making it even more uncomfortable. The couch, which I ended up sleeping on most of the time, is old, damaged, and very uncomfortable.Additionally, the host was not responsive when I tried to reach out about these issues. Overall, this is not an ideal place to stay, and I would not recommend it."
