"Breakfast was fine. Stayed 2 nights. Only 1 bed was made up after first night. Used towels were removed but no fresh ones were left. Coffee and cups not replaced. No body wash or soap in shower. No lock on bathroom door. Bathroom needs major upgrade. Handle on patio door falling off."

"Staff is friendly and helpful. The hotel is old and tired. The weather was starting to get warm during the day, and as there is no AC the hotel shut the heat off during the day. When asked they did provide a blanket and heater. Since it was snowing they turned the heat on. I had access to the business lounge but it is only open during breakfast and dinner for a few hours. Other restaurants only open certain hours. Easy walk to stadium."

"I am not one to leave reviews. But after some of the negative reviews prior to booking and then experiencing the hotel, I thought it a good idea. I will preface by saying, we never know the otherside of the coin. People are very single minded in their thinking. 1) Valet parking was great! Yes it is a paid service and it is disclosed if taken the time to read the details. I saw many reviews about valet parking being delayed. "

"I do not recommend staying here. First of all, the listing lied: the bed is full size bed, NOT a queen size bed. Next, the apartment is furnished cheaply. For instance, I needed to iron a shirt. There's an iron, but when I asked if there was an ironing board, I was told "unfortunately, there's no ironing board." The curtains are cheap and barely cover the windows, so light comes in on the sides. Finally, and this isn't the hosts fault (because there is a no smoking rule in the apartment), but the apartment smells of cigarette smoke. This is due to other apartments in the building, but regardless whose fault it is, it's still part of the experience of staying here. I would never stay in this Vrbo ever again."
