"The location of this historic cottage is perfect, but it did not match the description very well. Although listed for 6 people, the beds will only sleep 5 comfortably, there is seating in the dining area for 4, seating for 3 in the lounge, and two rusted chairs in the outside area. This outside area had rubbish lying around, dead plants and weeds in pots, and no clean places to sit. The mattress in the main bed was uncomfortable- we could feel the springs. The pillows and quilt were stained. The window did not stay up without propping. The kitchen was fine, but did contain open food and grimy container of coffee on a grimy tray. Although we were disappointed by the presentation, the location was perfect. The pub on the nearest corner sold great wine and cider, and the Buttermarket pub close by had great pies and beer. And the Cathedral of course, was barely 5minutes walk. "
