"Hotel is extremely well located, with the hustle and bustle of Bursa life right on the doorstep. Unfortunately, that’s all it has going for it. The room was not clean, with visible build-up of dirt, and the linen was worn with holes. The bathroom was very dated and uninviting to shower in. The images do not reflect reality. Staff were somewhat helpful but appeared unhappy. Breakfast was fresh, but the dining experience was dismal—broken chairs and furnishings that looked 40 years old. I would...

"The breakfast selection felt like leftovers pulled out of the fridge every morning. Cling film isn't even fully taken off as though they are prepared to put dishes back into the fridge to pull out again the next morning. Bread was hard and dry. Hot food included fries and chicken nuggets. Was not a good representation of the breakfasts that Turkey is known for. "

"This hotel has fantastic location. O was staying in the 4th floor, so I have enjoyed fantastic from the windows. But the biggest advantage of the staff. All of them were superfrinendly and helpful. It is very nice to spend time in such places"
