"We loved this hotel. The staff was extremely helpful and friendly. The room was large and the bed was wonderful. This hotel is right next to Chapel Bridge. It has a very nice restaurant. Walking distance to old town and boats for trip around the lake. We would stay here again. Enjoy!"

The hotel was thoughtful in the planning of the room-- a fan was provided in addition to the built-in ceiling fan, extra and different weight blankets than what was already on the bed, black-out shutters, screened windows, and plenty of glasses. I would recommend this hotel. "

"Excellent location in Old Town!! Very close to the Chapel Bridge, lots of restaurants, the train station, and Lake Lucerne. We stayed there for 5 nights and took a few day trips, so it was great to be within walking distance of the train station. The hotel was really nice and clean, and the staff were helpful."
