Amazing location and staff. Room was small but typical for Europe. The only reason I gave 4* to comfort was because there is no elevator and 1 of the footboards wasn’t attached. Pack light because the stairs are fairly steep and they are a spiral. Otherwise, this place is amazing and I wouldn’t have any reason to choose another hotel on my next visit. The breakfast was included. Expedia didn’t say that. Awesome breakfast and the best croissant EVER!!!!!! That rooms were fantastic: roomy with an awesome bath. Right in downtown. So good a place. Do not miss this place. Also: the writer of Madeline was here and an homage to him. Great place

Beautiful property in a great location with a wonderful breakfast. Loved the courtyard.

The hotel opened into a beautiful courtyard that had many restaurants available and shopping just around the corner. We were able to walk to many monuments from the hotel as well. The staff was very friendly, breakfast was available, rooms were cozy and very clean. It truly made us feel like we were stepping into a mixture of past and present. We very much enjoyed our stay.

Cool little room - everything done without staff. We never saw a soul but we really enjoyed the stay. I’d recommend if you need a few beds in downtown Regensburg.

This hotel was awesome and my wife and I highly recommend to stay here. Very nice classical hotel that fits perfectly with the historic environment of Regensburg, and with its own enticing history. We had a standard double bed in an exceptionally big room that was kept in an esthetically perfect and clean condition. This is a truly unique hotel with beautiful guest rooms and an amazing restaurant with indoor/ outside seating as well as a nice garden for seating it is in the heart of the old city with everything in walking distance. there is a rich history over several hundred years of the place, check it out

Unique place! But there are 54 steps amongst 4 or 5 flights of stairs. Would not be a good place to stay for people unable to make those flights of steep stairs with luggage.

We had such an exceptional experience here! The hotel is stunning and located in a beautiful town. The owner was very kind and accommodating. The breakfast was delicious. And easy parking. Definitely recommend, hope to stay again!
