We wasted over hour trying to get to hotel (drove in circles), do NOT follow Google, after stay (???) hotel emailed detailed instructions on how to get to hotel & would have made arrival SO much less stressful. "Overall it was a great stay. From the time we arrived, the service was great. Check in was easy and efficient. Our room was ready before we arrived, so no waiting time. Full valet service with free parking, which is not the norm in other hotels. The room was nice and spacious. Had everything we required, and was topped up throughout the day. Food was great at all the restaurants and value for money. Enjoyed the beach, indoor pool and spa facilities. The only request i would make, is that they remove the carpets from the elevators."
