When I say loud, items in my room were vibrating and as I lay in bed unable to sleep the vibrations came through the bed. Earplugs were of little help. "Well, I turned up at the hotel shortly before 11pm after an evening flight, and I found that the accommodation was overbooked. This was slightly annoying, but to be fair, I was provided with alternative accommodation. The first night I spent in an apartment with a room with two beds and there was a bathroom.
