"Room average. Old building. Lacking signage. Entrance difficult to navigate. Lift malfunctioning and stairwell inaccessible. Smashed glass front door. Some machinery/aircon or generator made loud continuous noise from 11.00 pm until 5.00 am. outside my room. Windows inaccessible, were high up on wall and partially opened enabling sound unrestricted. Unable to complain until morning when leaving having slept very little. One clerk pleaded ignorance and prevented her colleague from speaking...
