"Very clean & excellent breakfast."

"The hotel did not accommodate us, despite our (non-prepaid) booking. There is a hospitality staff strike, and we were sent to a sister hotel across the street, which hotel also could not accommodate us, but the skeleton staff there were very helpful in directing us to nearby accommodation, where we were able to book anew."

"We stayed at this hotel when extensive renovations were ongoing (something that neither the hotel or Expedia advertised!); it was so noisy when we arrived at 5:30pm that we could not hear the reception staff properly. "Lovely apartment, at a good price. Really good value for money compared to the rest of accommodations in the country. The breakfast was good, the apartment clean and spacious, and located in the city centre. The sound insulation of the apartment could be improved, but the town is quite so after 10-11 pm it was ok. There is no lift but our apartment was on the 2nd floor (GF+1) and it was not a problem. "
