The unique of this hotel, is the staff and service, in general, everybody is extremely polity, helpful and yelling to solve any problem in the best abilities. Its a waterbpark, and it has way too much noise and stimulus for me, but if you have kids, thats the place to be. Ps: the food was really good

The hotel is fine, but is very far from a four-star hotel. There isn't enough staff in the hotel, the meals were pretty messy. Restaurant was very crowded, not well-organized.

Nice but needs improvements

Despite of the hotel only being 6 years old, the rooms and the food were not 4 star rating. Rooms and amenities were a little outdated, and they could have been cleaner. The waterpark was very nice, although quite small for the amount of people that were there in December. There will be another resort to be launched in 2027, I recommend to make it a bit more exclusive and upscale. The food also needs to improve as it was a large buffer and children were touching everything…definitely not 4 start rating. I’m positive the region and investments into the new resorts will be much improved.

I have been at this hotel many times, but this time the maintenance conditions were very bad. Room 1710 had some many problems. Weak shower, towel hangers falling apart, mattress with a big hole on one side.. one of the elevators had a broken floor and the faucet of baby kitchen was loose. For the price and for the time of the season, the maintenance should be a state of art.

Uma estadia perfeita do início ao fim. Fomos recebidos por uma equipe genuinamente atenciosa, o que fez toda a diferença. O hotel é lindo e muito confortável. O café da manhã é uma experiência à parte: delicioso, fresco e muito completo, o melhor que provei na região!. E se você busca diversão, não perca as tardes na piscina; os instrutores garantem o alto astral e não deixam ninguém parado.

Meu quarto estava com um vazamento no banheiro e a parte de alimentaçao caiu muito. Sem contar que teve um problema no pagamento onde já tinha pago 50% da entrada e fui cobrada novamente. Tenho o recibo de vcs. Não fui notificada nada antes se eu não chamo no WhatsApp da recepção 30 min antes eu ficaria sabendo só na hora do check in . Sem contar que a tempos eu vinha conversando no WhatsApp com o hotel e nada foi informado. Era meu aniversário e me deixou extremamente estressada.

Pontos positivos: O quarto era de um tamanho muito bom para receber dois adultos e dois bebes (05 meses e 2 anos), além de ser bem separado o quarto do banheiro, evitando barulhos durante a noite. Boa iluminação natural e artificial, além de varanda para colocar as roupas de banho para secar. O atendimento dos funcionários como um todo foi muito cordial e agradável, além do hotel ser bem limpo, com opções para crianças de várias idades. A piscina do hotel também é agradável e espaçosa. Pontos negativos: A comida do restaurante deixou a desejar. Até tinha uma quantidade boa de variedades, mas nada que deixou saudades. As sobremesas eram mais agradáveis do que as saladas e pratos principais. Sentimos falta na variedade de frutas no café da manhã e, considerando nossas experiências, sabemos que é possível fazer omelete e tapioca mais gostosos com os mesmo ingredientes, apenas mudando o modo produtivo, mas nada que impeça de voltar ao hotel. O serviço de quarto passava justamente no horário de soneca das crianças, então, em um dos dias, mesmo solicitando a limpeza dentro do horário descrito, o serviço de quarto não retornou, o que é bem ruim para quem tem crianças no quarto. De qualquer forma, no geral, eu gostei do hotel e voltarei a utilizá-lo. O parque também é bem gostoso e bem receptivo para crianças pequenas.

A única vantagem é o acesso direto ao parque

Pontos positivos: quarto amplo, com sacada e varal; banheiro com 2 pias e ducha excelente; acesso direto ao parque Pontos negativos: café da manhã repetitivo e com poucas variedade; o hotel disponibilizou um sabonete liqüido horrível, além de deixar a mão super áspera, era muito diluído, quase impossível usar no banho; apesar de 2 pias, havia sabonete somente para uma delas; um dos lados da cama estava bem desconfortável; pouquíssima opção de comida nos bares fora do buffet, somente frituras, mesmo na villa guarani não encontramos alternativas saudáveis; de segunda, quando o parque não está aberto, a piscina é pequena para o número de hóspedes. Em resumo: a única vantagem é o acesso ilimitado ao parque e os quartos espaçosos, mas, fora isso, deixou muito a desejar. Não enquadraria em um resort.

Excelente estadia e escolha em Olimpia

Hotel moderno com ótimo funcionamento para a quantidade de hóspedes. Acomodações confortáveis, elevadores rápidos, acesso direto ao hot Park. Tudo funcionou de forma organizada. A variedade e quantidade dos itens de café da manhã é enorme (a qualidade nem tanto, compreensível para o volume de reposição). Excelente piscina e equipe de recreação. Tivemos uma excelente estadia nesse hotel.
