Muy atentos con el esguince que tenía, muy amigables, y pacientes con todas las preguntas que les hacía (era mi primera vez en Xela). El hotel es muy limpio, la cama cómoda, y es tiene un ambiente bastante calmadito. Descansé muy bien. Y por la cercanía al parque central, pude ver varias cosas, aún con mi pie malito.
