Villa Bali offers everything one could wish for on holiday. It has a beach-shaped swimming pool and an outdoor hot tub. A summer dining area with a large covered barbecue where you can enjoy outdoor grilled meats or paellas. Different spaces with sofas, where you can rest whilst admiring the magnificent views of the Garraf Natural Park.



And of course, a fully equipped house, fitted out for 12 people.



The space

Villa Bali is located in the municipality of Olivella (Barcelona) in the heart of Garraf. Its Natural Park offers interesting landscapes and a variety of trails to visit both on foot and by bicycle.



Just a 10-minute drive away, you can enjoy the tourist town of Sitges, known for its diverse leisure offerings, its lively nightlife and its beautiful fine sand beaches. You can also practise water sports and enjoy the best restaurants, shops and bars in the area, or simply stroll through its beautiful streets.



Villa Bali is a house that has on the ground floor a fully equipped kitchen (fridge, freezer, oven, microwave, coffee maker, kettle, induction hob, variety of kitchenware…) that leads out to a covered porch with spacious sofas where you can rest and relax comfortably.



In the dining room, you will see a large window where you can enjoy incredible views, air conditioning and Smart TV. Full bathroom with shower tray, two double bedrooms with ceiling fans and a suite with full bathroom and air conditioning.



On the second floor, there is a spacious room with 4 single beds and air conditioning and another spacious room with two single beds, air conditioning and a full bathroom.



At 4 kilometres away is the beautiful village of Sant Pere de Ribes where you can do all kinds of shopping and where you will find Aldi, Lider, Caprabo, Mercadona, Carrefour supermarkets…



If you like getting to know Mediterranean cities, you cannot miss a visit to cosmopolitan Barcelona, just 45 km from the centre.



For lovers of amusement parks you will find about 40km away Port Aventura, the perfect place to release adrenaline.



Although if what you like is history, you cannot miss getting to know the city of Tarragona, which you can find less than 65 km away. A beautiful city surrounded by the charm of ancient Rome.

Services and common areas

The accommodation is exclusively for guests. They will not share any area with anyone else.



A set of bed sheets and a set of towels per guest are provided at the start of the stay. If you wish to change sheets and/or towels during your stay, you can request it as an additional service and it will incur an extra charge.



Cleaning is not included during your stay. If you require additional cleaning services during your stay, you can request it as an additional service for an extra charge.



The maintenance of the swimming pool is carried out weekly by qualified personnel.



The COFFEE MAKER IS DOLCE GUSTO capsules.

No charcoal is supplied for the barbecue.

*** ELECTRIC CAR CHARGING IS NOT PERMITTED, AS THE HOUSE'S ELECTRICAL POWER CANNOT SUPPORT IT ***



Before arrival at the accommodation, a link will be sent where you must register the details of ALL guests, and furthermore, you must pay the mandatory TOURIST TAX of the Generalitat de Catalunya. The staff member responsible for handing over the keys will NOT hand over the keys until this process is completely finished.



The TOURIST TAX of the Generalitat of Catalonia is €1.75 per adult per day (and a maximum of 7 days of tax) (children under 17 years old do not pay).



RESPONSIBILITY



The reservation of the accommodation implies acceptance of the house rules. Please read carefully the property rules that will be posted. Parties and smoking are not permitted inside the apartment. For irresponsible conduct, the owner may request guests to vacate the property immediately, with no right to compensation or refund.



It is prohibited to use the dwelling with a number of occupants exceeding the capacity of the dwelling.



Guests are responsible for the proper care of the property during their stay and undertake to return it in the same condition as the accommodation and its furnishings were found, except for repairs to appliances or reasonable wear and tear of the property.

If any defect occurs in the property, please notify us immediately and we will attempt to resolve it as quickly as possible.



Guests are not responsible for final cleaning, but they must leave the property in good condition, the kitchen tidy and rubbish in the street bins, otherwise an additional cleaning fee will be charged.



CHECK-IN



The check-in time is from 17:00 to 21:00.



The person responsible for check-in will wait at the property to hand over the keys and explain how the facilities work. If for any reason you cannot arrive at the agreed time, please let us know as soon as possible to avoid waiting.



The loss of keys will have a supplement of €75 for each set and €100 for the parking remote.



IMPORTANT: If due to the guest's forgetfulness or negligence, a locksmith has to be called to open the property door, the costs will be charged to the guest.
