"Not as advertised. Phoned to arrange check in but no one spoke English. Finally got a customer to translate who advised to come at 5 to check in (half an hour later than advertised). When we arrived the bar and restaurant were closed. Only one member of staff there who could not speak English which was advertised on the site. The room was very basic with outdated decor. "For me, the biggest reason why you come to Villa Sassa is the majestic view or the surrounding areas. It's a scene out of a movie. Beautiful with a lake view. The only thing that could be better is having more kid friendly food options and a major paint job of the buildings, as it looks outdated and takes away from the aesthetic view of the property. "
