"Good value for money and friendly host. I would give it 3.5 stars. The property has a lovely garden and view of the lake but best suits someone with a car as there is a limited bus timetable to and from Varenna and is not suitable for walking. "We absolutely LOVED every aspect of this place. Air conditioning ran ice cold which helped a lot during the heat wave. The beds were comfortable and the house was well stocked for a VRBO.
