We had one of the best dinners that I’ve ever eaten in Europe over the past 40 years. Gourmet experiences with excellent ingredients, prepared perfectly and served graciously. I’d come back to this hotel just to eat dinner."

"Top notch stay! Staff was fantastic and very friendly and helpful even though we aren’t fluent in Spanish. Rooms were clean and modern feeling, very tasteful. The shower was great as well. Breakfast was the star of the show with an assortment of meats, cheeses, breads, fruits, yogurt, etc. The setting is magical and the surrounding town is really cool, too. Lots of places to hike around and explore. Really haven’t ever had another experience like this! "
