Good grocery and pharmacy options in Porto Vecchio with green grocer nearby on the highway and wonderful butcher in Sotta. The house is modern, in a rustic setting, wonderful facilities inside and great pool and outdoor kitchen. Some air traffic overhead from nearby Figari airport, and the road to the house is a bit rough for a small car but does not present a problem. One thing I want to really emphasize is that...

"I really missed a good communication to get to the apartment, like a plan of where to go. The manager wasn’t very willing to help after I addressed some missing things like a working ventilator. The nights were a drag because of that plus the noise coming from the village every night until at least 2:30 am. If there should be WiFi, and airco in the house it would be worth the price, because for the rest it is a very nice place with lovely terras."
