Great budget hotel

Room was so clean. I like the wooden floor it makes the room look elegant. Staff always cleaning the p-way and always available to render service. The hotel is walking distance to SM downtown and Harbor point. A lot of bars and restaurant around the area. Since you are situated in the middle of bars and resto expect loud music till 2 am. It can be heard inside your room but it’s tolerable. We will coming back.

Beautiful hotel. Great staff. Suggest that equip be changed when the customer has to call service staff to repair hot water heater for the shower twice.

The staff was great, the property is very nice and clean. The only issue was a minor one the hot water in the shower was not working. To be fair, I did not say anything to them until we checked out. Enjoyed our stay and would stay again

I originally booked a room with 2 twin beds but upon arrival I asked if it was possible to upgrade to a suite. The process was really smooth and hassle free. And all of the staff, from front desk, to housekeeping, to the front door security: everyone was kind, helpful, and accomodating.
