"The hotel room smell was awful."

"This property is brand new and the shower all filled the bathroom with 1/2” of water the staff was unable to assist. They made piles of towels to block the water from the poorly built bathrooms they are all like this. No concessions could be made by the hotel"

"The staff spoke great English and were exceptionally helpful and patient with all of our questions and requests. The building is older and lacks air conditioning (very few places in the area seem to have it) but it is very clean. The older style wood finishings and stained glass windows are very charming. The coin laundry room in the basement was also very helpful. Overall this hotel seems to fit the vibe of the area perfectly. My partner and I would stay here again without hesitation!...

"The property was very modern and clean but basic in a nice way . The staff were friendly and the location was excellent. Really nice reasonable priced cafe below and excellent supermarket under the hotel , which again was reasonably priced Mittenwald is a very beautiful place ."

"Great place to stay, lots to do in the hotel for both kids and adults. Well thought out rooms for ski/bike/hiking equipment. Staff were helpful and laid-back. Lots of choice for breakfast (although they did run out of butter)."

"A truly amazing hotel, the room and especially the view something else. The breakfast is excellent and it has 2 bus stops right outside that take you to Innsbruck in 20 mins. The spa is really good also. Probably the best hotel I've ever stayed in."
