"There was a very odd, sometimes nauseating smell in our room. We kept the balcony doors open even to sleep even though the traffic was loud. Asked to be moved but were denied though I don’t know if the smell was everywhere or not."

Thought the integrated bidet/toilet would be nice but couldn’t get it to work and automatic lid activated constantly just walking past the bathroom door. Unfortunately, water started backing up our floor drain in the morning and we were just given towels to contain it until we checked out making getting ready to leave very difficult."

"From the time we arrived until we checked out two days later the hotel staff were amazing. A special shout out to Fin who went above and beyond to make our stay special with kind words and kind gestures. The room was quiet and comfortable. We enjoyed our stay very much!"

"Brilliant location, made getting around Sydney so easy. The staff were all so kind and helpful and just a joy to interact with every day. The room service was very reasonably priced- not too different to eating out so when I wanted a dessert without going too far I had some delicious options! Room facilities were perfect- love having excellent water pressure and the rooms were so gorgeous and it was so much fun being in such a unique building. It would be hard for me to want to stay somewhere else in the Sydney CBD. We ended up leaving some stuff in the room by accident which the housekeeping found and the concierge arranged for it to be mailed back, I honestly thought it would be $$$$ but they charged only for postage and a very small admin fee. Honestly- love the Paradox Sydney and could not recommend more."
