"We visited this hotel over 15 years ago and booked again for its great location and light, airy rooms. Unfortunately we were disappointed this time. The room was spacious but a bit dingy. There were no bedside reading lights and the room lifting overall was very dim. Bathroom was dated. Beds were however comfortable and linen was good. Breakfast was average. Limited choice and had to ask a few times for bowls and spoons which had run out. Staff were helpful and the location is as great as ever."

"I really appreciated the friendly concierge staff. One of the concierge's got my room safe to work properly and the whole team was patient and friendly. The buffet breakfast was superb and the discounted three course dinner was done really well. The rooms just need to be updated a tiny bit, that is the only improvement that I can think of."

We were celebrating our 25th anniversary, and the hotel made the experience even more memorable with beautiful thoughtful touches. Our room was prepared with rose petals, and a bottle of champagne was waiting for us upon arrival. It made us feel genuinely welcomed and celebrated."
