Great seafront with waves 30 metres away but the 8 Dec 2025 earthquake (and advisory for tsunami) struck when we were preparing to rest. Had to walk far to get to mainroad. Have to balance between seafront living with safety."

"Wonderfully located close to the station and other public transportation stops. We were able to book a room that was really spacious and comfortable. The only thing we noticed was a slight smell of sewage at times but it's not a deal breaker, as the scent disappears. And considering all the positives of the hotel, we would not hesitate to book here again. Amazing staff too!"
