Hilton Garden Inn Omaha Downtown/Old Market Area

Hilton Garden Inn Omaha Downtown/Old Market Area

8/10 Good
"Friendly staff. Older elevators and only 2, so there can be a little wait time. Parking is tight. Stayed in a king bed room- bed was oddly squeaky on one side but overall stay was good. Ordered breakfast omelette and it was delicious. Location wise-on the outskirts of The Old Market and downtown so adds a few more steps."

10/10 Excellent
"Very friendly staff and the lobby smelled terrific and very clean. Complimentary breakfast was full of nutrition and was plentiful. The room was just what I bargained for as to its cleanliness and the space. The fridge worked and had a microwave to heat up my leftovers as well. The biggest takeaway was the entire place was 'pet friendly.' My wife and I had our pugs with us and the staff were very kind with allowing us to be there with them as we were traveling back home with them. One of the hotel staff members even opened the door for me while I was trying to bring in my Daisy Mae with my bags. That was very refreshing to experience such professionalism. We will be back. Five star rating!"

"The room and bathroom were spacious and clean. Had a lot of amenities. It was in walking distance to the old market. The staff were all friendly and helpful. If you can, request a room on a higher floor. You could hear a lot of noise from people and traffic on the third floor, especially on Friday and Saturday nights."

"Kids pool is awesome. Staff are friendly and helpful. Facilities need a little maintenance. Pull out sofa needs are horribly uncomfortable so much that my kids complained about feeling the coils and not being able to sleep. We ended up closing the sofa bed and they slept in the closed sofa instead."
