Very Good

every trash can in the parking lot is overflowing with glass beer bottles, food containers which makes the parking lot smelly. there is a pool but we did not feel safe enough walking from the hotel room to the pool so we did not go.
the staircases that you would use if you have a room on the upper levels are falling apart so that is an injury waiting to happen.
the first room they tried to get us to stay in had blood on the carpet and the walls. there is no oven and we thought there would be one.
we left a pillow there when we checked out and I can not reach the manager on the phone to try to get it returned to us. I have tried calling several times as it is a pillow we need for medical reasons.
The facility halls smell, the couch cushions are ripped, our sheets were stained, facility laundry area did not work, the shower drain did not drain fast so you are standing in ankle deep water, internet wifi did not work; staff voiced to just keep trying, breakfast was all processed sugar items; bagel, danish, muffins, waffle maker, although they did have boiled eggs. There were sticky areas on the carpet. Dust on the ceiling fan. We got a noise complaint at 9:45 at night. We had our kids with us and they can be loud, however at this time they were not. We had just gotten back to the room and was getting ready for bed. We had planned on going to Coco Keys while we were there, but their hours didn't work out. They closed early on Sunday and were closed on Monday.

Liked: Cleanliness, staff & service, amenities
Location was very convenient for our stay. Our neighbor had a dog across the hall. On two occasions he left it alone which ended in barking nonstop after 10 pm. Notified staff and they were sympathized but said they could not do anything. Had two sleepless nights because of it.
Great staff goes out of tne way to make you feel special

Family trip.
For the price we paid, we will surely come back! We were on the 3rd floor and it was nice and quiet. However, the air conditioning was out in the lobby/breakfast area which made it unpleasant for it being over 110 heat index. I felt bad for the receptionist!
I don't believe this stay was worth what I paid for. Place seemed sketchy. and had odd smelled when walking in. Pull out couch was ripped and seem old and used. Outdated.
Our room seemed to be recently somewhat renovated. The others in our group had rooms that were very old, dirty, bad Oder. The 1st floor hallway was bad.
We were disappointed that the pool wasn’t open to use at the end of June. The staff was very kind and helpful. We were with a group that booked a block of rooms. We WOULD NOT stay here again!
Spiders, cockroaches, 1 st day, they sprayed. Before we left, infested with ants, they sprayed. gave us 2 day refund, we are not happy...had to turn in dirty towel to front desk to get clean towel, housekeeping once a week. There were not other room availability during this stay for us to move to. World Series baseball men college was going on. Terrible. Never thought Expedia would set us up like this. Other things were wrong but this was the bad of the bad.
I paid almost $200 for this room. And it smelled musty and strongly of mold, as soon as I walked into the hallway. The room had the same smell and it was in my pajama's the rest of my trip. The pull out couch could not be used. It was filthy and worn with fibers hanging out from the cushions. We were afraid of bedbugs! I have stayed at this establishment 3 times but it was always nice. The place is now very run down. But the smell OMG!!!
I liked the spacious rooms with a separate kitchenette.
I didn't like that you could here people in the halls and upstairs from you.

Disliked: Cleanliness
The room was very nice, it was a small one bedroom apartment. There was a pull put couch, a small kitchen and a nice size bedroom. The room was clean; however, the hallway carpet at the entrance was filthy, more stains than not. The outside looked a little run down. Parking was liminted and most spaces were too small for a compact car. Staff was friendly but took a long time to check in and breaksfast was limited. Overall, not bad, but most likely won't return.
There really nothing working the morning I went to breakfesr so I never went back and the 6 days we were there they never cleaned room had to go ask for tp.

Disliked: Cleanliness, staff & service
The worse place I have ever stayed. Wanted my money back!!!! Couch stressed, toilet didn’t work, cabinet doors falling off. Carpet wet and room smelled BAD.. bed looked slept in..
The room wasnt bad, the hallway had a funny smell, they had no extra towels for a room with 3 people they only had 2 towels and when asked for more was told they were out. We had a suite with a fold out couch that had no blankets, when we asked for some it was the same story they were out. Breakfast was minimal at that
Didn't like – the security exterior entrance doors on our side of the building did not lock, plus the door frame was all messed up.
The bathroom door in our room was so damaged it would not shut.
The fitted sheet on the bed had holes.
We were only given two sets of towels.
The hotel was very nice - super roomy and very, very clean. The area is a bit rundown and the hallways appeared that way - but the overall look of the establishment was very good and the rooms were excellent!
