"I felt like there were plenty of things to offer. In the hotel there was a little shop, you also were a short drive away from so much. The bed was amazing and the tv worked perfectly. Could have been a little cleaner in the lobby, but my room was clean."

"For the price I should be more comfortable and have basic needs met. The property was beautiful and the valet service was convenient and quick. The food at the restaurant was good as well. However, the ac was either broken or not adjustable to the tenant. I turned it to 67 upon arrival and the temp never came down from 75-it was so hot we couldn’t sleep well. The shower head was broken in a way that the head would swivel down and to the left instead of staying in place-you then had to squish in the corner to get yourself under a solid stream. There also was no basic vending machines for after hours beverage needs. Lastly, I try to consider that you never know what a person is going through but the girl who checked us in was very worked up and kept saying things like “hold on just be patient” “you’re gonna have to give me a minute” & “I can’t help you I’m new” all while I only said hello and my last name-no questions-no interrupting her. She seemed very worked up that I wouldn’t understand the basic process of checking into a hotel and I would be rushing her or something-just odd. All the other staff was perfectly nice and chill. "

"Always a great place to stay. Wasnt too fond of the parking changes, just another step and more money."

"Beds were comfortable. Room was tidy until I found a random coat in the corner of the room. I requested and paid for an extra bed that was filthy with stains on the mattress and coils were very loose and uncomfortable to sleep on. I was given an “oh… sorry” about the coat in the room. We left the coat untouched. Breakfast was not kept warm and staff struggled with food upkeep as there were a lot of guests. The pool had a raw feces scent. "

"The noise was horrible from the street traffic even with the complimentary ear plugs, The pool is really small. There wasn’t many options for breakfast. Although the staff was always friendly and top tier, for the price it just wouldn’t be worth it for my family to stay here again in the future. "
