"・宿の設備など ２００年の歴史ある宿で、和風の雰囲気を味わえることを期待した。 おおむね期待通りの雰囲気の宿だった。 趣のあるお堂や庭があるので、夜間にライトアップするともっと良くなると思った。 ・課題 今回はエクスペリアで予約したが、そもそも石屋に連絡が行っていなかった。 IT系が苦手なのかもしれないが、金沢市を含めインバウンドや観光に力を入れる以上言い訳にはならない。 若いスタッフがいなくても宿泊客との接点を予約サイトに任せて、十分な確認が取れない体制になっているのは問題といえる。 ITに振り回されるのではなく、宿がITを利用しているという意識をもって取り組んでいただきたい。 "

"Das Kikunoya Ryokan ist äußerst zentral gelegen und nur wenige Gehminuten vom Kenrokuen Park, dem Samurai-Viertel und dem Nichi Chaya Viertel entfernt – und das bei einem wirklich sehr günstigen Preis. Der Wirt ist sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit – ein vorzeitiger Check-In war kein Problem. In nächster Nähe befinden sich viele Restaurants und Kneipen, dennoch ist das Ryokan ruhig gelegen. Für die nächste Reise nach Kanazawa steht das Kikunoya Ryokan auf jeden Fall ganz weit oben auf der...
