You will be steps from the sea with gorgeous views of misty mountains and islands. There are many outdoor tables on your own deck, as well as the reception and restaurant area. Our room was spacious and included a kitchen, table for eating, couch, lounging chair and a good enclosed shower with separate sleeping areas. The owners are friendly and very accommodating. Beautiful hotel, nice location, host is very nice. We arrived late almost to the time that the restaurant was about to close, but the kitchen staff extended their hour a bit so we could order our dinner. Breakfast is also very good, many choices.

Location was very convenient for hiking Pulpit Rock. Room was clean and updated with view of the sea. Breakfast was very nice

The owner was so nice and made us little breakfast trays. Dinner there was yummy too. Not a lot of frills, but really enjoyed our stay there.

Great stay, the staff were excellent, and very friendly!

Second time ive been to Thon Maritim and its always a pleasure. Hotel is located a walkable distance from Old Stavanger, many good restaurants, Espresso House, and 6 mins walk from the bus and train station. Breakfast is also great, lots of fruit, cheese, oatmeal with toppings, breads with toppings, potatoes, coffee, 2 types of juice and cucumber lemon infused waters fresh daily. Staff is excellent and friendly. Property is beautiful.

The room was very comfortable, the atmosphere very pleasant and the breakfast was tasty and had plenty of variety.

Did not realize that no staff and was self service. Needed cell phone service to communicate with the staff. We had only a data plan.
