"Nos encantó el lugar. Cuenta con muchas amenidades que se pueden disfrutar sin ningún inconveniente, especialmente por la tarde y noche. El restaurante es excelente, con muy buen sazón y una experiencia agradable. Recomendamos preguntar por los servicios adicionales, como el picnic a la orilla del lago, que es realmente hermoso. El servicio fue excelente y la atención del personal, muy amable y profesional. Sin duda, un lugar al que volveríamos."

"Rooms were clean. The staff was amazing; our flight got delayed resulting on a late arrival at the hotel. They answered each time we called the hotel to update on our arrival for the transportation arrangements. The transportation was very nice, felt safe riding to the hotel at 3-4 am. At the time of our arrival, the staff was expecting us with everything ready for a quick check in process, and they allowed us to stay past the check out time to allow us for a proper rest. Would recommend this hotel 100%"

"The room was spotless and the pool delightful. Included buffet breakfast was magnificent. Excellent location 5 mins walk to see the pyramids. Only issue was there a late night party at the restaurant with loud music."

"We had a great experience with the hotel staff, they are gentle and efficient. The room is comfortable and it's clean. In general the hotel is very nice, with a good ubication and very quite, despite being in the city center, there is no noise at night."
