"We were fortunate to find the perfect place for my first visit to the Oregon coast. The view took my breath away! The beach was as expansive as I’d imagined! The cottage was very clean and inviting, and very well-appointed (even the knives were sharp!). The bedrooms were cozy and the deck was perfect for sitting all day and into the evening for watching the sunset. The location is within minutes of commercial areas for restaurants and shops, as well as landmarks and scenic lookout spots. Sea Gem Cottage is easily one of the best rentals I’ve ever experienced. Thank you to Josh, a great host!"

"This place was really great! Being nestled in the woods but still being able to hear the Ocean was awesome! So many birds in thr forest around the deck! Really cool to watch and listen too. Super close to a beautiful beach. Easy walking distance. The only thing it was missing was the fire pit and the hammock that are in the photos. Otherwise we loved it!"

Both times we've stayed, the house was clean, stocked with plenty of towels, kitchen needs and amenities. We absolutely love this house!"

"The place was clean and the beds comfortable. Luna Seafood was a very short walk out the back yard, which we enjoyed. We also drove to Chubby Lil Mermaid for pastries, to have with our coffee. The place has good Wi-Fi, which the host immediately tells you that you will need it, due to the lack of cell service."
