"This clean and modern rental is fully attached to a new house in a new neighborhood, but has its own entrance door and driveway. With the connection, "some" noise is a possibility, but in our experience, it was very minimal. The host also provided a sound machine and suggestions to minimize the possibility. "Well maintained farm property near a state park. Plenty of space for spreading out and chilling. Short drives for fossil hunting or canoeing in the Peace River. Slightly longer but easily doable drives to the Venice area beaches. We enjoyed the smell of the nearby blooming orange trees, a resident sand crane and other wildlife. Very helpful and responsive homeowner. I would highly recommend this property."
