"Check in was challenging. First, they could not find my reservation, then could not assign me a room. The first person could not get the computer system to work, so a second person stepped in to help, and finally a third person before they just gave up and gave me another room.
All the material says the office is open 7:00 am to 9:00 pm. NOT TRUE. I can't speak to being open to 9:00 pm, but they certainly are not open at 7:00 am. I went to the office at about 8:40 am fully expecting it to...

"Dirtiest room I’ve ever seen from a hotel. Floor was so old that it was getting worn through. Stains all over the couch. Smelled like smoke inside. Couldn’t believe it was so dirty. On top of that, we booked a double queen bed and they gave us a single king bed room."
