Personel is friendly to Italians and not so friendly to tourists. So Italians get cappuccino and tourists filter coffee. If you insist you also get cappuccino, but not with a smile...."

"Great place but wouldn't call it a 4 star hotel. The room was freshly renovated and quite comfortable however there were no blinds or film on the window in the bathroom making it feel very exposed. Lots of mosquitos and no repellents were provided and no window nets so could open the balcony or windows sadly.
