They were quick to respond and let us in early. The property was very clean, tidy and accommodating. I would highly suggest this property for large groups like ours. "My husband and I are two children staying for a long holiday weekend. We had an amazing time. Our room was in the prime location, very easy to walk to Otsego resort ( just steps away)! I loved walking over every morning and getting a coffee from the coffee shop! We did have snow in our room was plowed right up to our back door, which was awesome!!! Very outdated, could use some fixing up. The kitchens had microwaves& hotel refrigerators. One kitchen had all the coffee cups (3), k-cups & toaster, the other had just a Kuerig machine.
