"I was very pleased with my rental of this townhouse. The property was in a very accessible location. It was clean, and everything worked. The property manager was SUPER in communicating, as he answered all of my questions in advance of the rental date and was very cooperative when I needed to check in in the middle of the night. "Your first entry you will notice a smell that does not go away, everything in the condo is old circa 1980, the condo needs to be gutted and completely remodeled, the mini oven was gross, the microwave was gross, the dishwasher had old food chunks in the hinge area, the Murphy bed was old and creaky and we question whether or not the sheets had been washed, the bathroom was clean except for the ceiling vent, the refrigerator was newer and clean, only one roll of TP so we had to buy extra and we...

"Owner was super accommodating with our situation. Home was a perfect fit for our group of 12. Roomier than we expected. Very clean and located in a great area. Would absolutely book again. Much more comfortable than hotels and a great shirt walk to the resort. Only downside is that dryer only dries to the level of damp - unless it's a long stay, I could wait to do laundry once I'm home."

"The condo was as advertised! Very spacious with plenty of room for a family of four to spread out. The hot tub was hot and the fireplace emitted heat inside and out. There was no snow on the slop right by the condo but it was still a very short drive to the bottom on Disciple 8 chair lift (and you could just park on the side of the road right by it) or you could drive a little further to the main ski area which was also very close. This was our first time to Boyne Mtn and was a great experience....

Took almost 2 months to complete the tax exempt process (another company through VRBO took less than a week), I would not receive responses for weeks at a time and I received multiple conflicting answers over the same topic when I called in - very inconsistent and frustrating."

"This condo that we rented for 3 days was WONDERFUL. There was 4 of us ladies that went and we had such great accommodations for bathrooms, showers, bedrooms.The kitchen had everything you would need in a kitchen. The beds were comfortable, pillows were nice. Can’t think of one thing to say wrong about this condo. I would definitely go back there and recommend it to anyone going to the Petoskey, Harbor Springs area. "
