"We got there to no heat and a garage smelling like gas. The house was very cold we left and got a hotel. Very disappointed will never go back. "

"We arrived and checked in to be notified we’d gotten an upgrade which was very pleasant, but added an extra hour to be able to check into our room from it getting cleaned as we arrived. There were minor safety concerns around the property such as electrical equipment just hanging on the wall… pool area towels were absolutely covered in bugs, even for what was protected by just a towel for partial coverage. We loved that fire pits were an option right outside the room! "
